Watering
.Water when the pot feels noticeably lighter or when the top layer of the medium begins to dry. Always adjust based on your environment rather than following a fixed schedule.
.In our growing conditions, pots typically dry out every 2 - 3 weeks. In lower-humidity environments, plants may require more frequent watering, occasionally approaching once a week, depending on their water needs.
.Both top-watering and bottom-watering are suitable. After watering, allow excess water to drain completely and discard any runoff after 10 - 15 minutes to help prevent root rot.
.Chunky, well-aerated mixes tend to dry faster, so we recommend checking moisture levels regularly, especially during warmer months.
Fertilizer
Lechuza Pon contains a slow-release fertilizer that typically lasts 3 - 4 months. In addition, we supplement with Flowermate 240 Smart Fertilizer to support steady growth.
Once the nutrients from the slow-release fertilizer are depleted, you may continue feeding with your preferred fertilizer, either a slow-release formula or a diluted liquid fertilizer, following the manufacturer’s instructions. Avoid over-fertilizing, especially when multiple nutrient sources are used simultaneously.
