Plant Care Basics : How We Grow and Care for Our Plants

All of our plant babies are grown and cared for in our greenhouse, where humidity levels are maintained between 60 - 80% and temperatures range from 25 - 30°C. They receive 12 - 15 hours of T5 Artificial Grow Light, along with daily natural sunlight from a South facing window.

Some plants are grown in higher humidity environments or are already well acclimated to regular household conditions, while others may need a little extra attention. Any specific care requirements and the plant’s current growing conditions will always be clearly noted in each product description.

Watered consistently with tap water (pH 6.5 - 7) when the growing medium is fully dry, and regularly supplemented with Rynan Flowermate 240 Smart Fertilizer, a slow-release formula. The pink beads visible in the photos are from this fertilizer.

We use Lost Coast Plant Therapy as part of our pest management routine, taking great care to ensure our plants are free of pests or damage before they are sent to their new homes. While we make every effort to maintain a pest-free environment, a completely pest-free guarantee cannot be provided. As a precaution, we recommend isolating new plants(Whether purchased from us or elsewhere)for at least one to two weeks before introducing them to your collection to ensure there are no pest issues.

Please note : Plant care is a journey. Every space is different, so take these tips as shared experiences, and enjoy learning your plant’s rhythm, growing together is part of the joy!
