Orders & Pickup

Q : Do you have a shop ?

No, we don’t have a physical storefront at the moment. However, YEG local pickups can be arranged in the West End of Edmonton (Rosenthal area) close to the Costco on 7259 Winterburn Rd. Please note that pickups are by appointment only.

Q:Do you offer pick-ups ?

Yes, we’re happy to offer FREE Local Pickup in West Edmonton (Rosenthal area) close to the Costco on 7259 Winterburn Road by appointment only! You’re welcome to arrange a pickup any day of the week, between 9 AM and 8 PM.

Orders are usually ready within 1 - 2 days. We’ll email you to arrange a convenient pickup date and time once your order is prepared. As the pickup location is NOT a retail store, we kindly ask for your understanding that visits are by appointment only. Thank you.

Q:How long can you hold an order ?

We can hold your order for up to 7 days. Unfortunately, we’re unable to hold orders beyond this timeframe sorry,,

Once your plants are ready, we’ll reach out via email to arrange a pickup or delivery date, time that works for you.

For the smoothest experience, we suggest placing your order closer to the day you plan to receive it. Thank you so much for your understanding!

Delivery & Shipping

Q:Do you offer local deliver ?

Yes, we offer weekend plant deliveries within Edmonton and the surrounding areas for an additional fee. Delivery to Edmonton, St. Albert, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain and Devon ranges from $5 to $15, depending on the area. The delivery fee for Sherwood Park, Beaumont, Nisku, Leduc is $15.

Weekend Delivery is only available for the areas listed above. We sincerely apologize if your location is outside of our current delivery range, and truly appreciate your understanding and support. Delivery rates may vary during Winter months due to weather and road conditions. We’ll notify you in advance if there are any changes.

Free Local Delivery is available for orders over $250 to all of the areas listed above. The delivery fee will be automatically adjusted at checkout.

Please note : The website will automatically apply a $15 weekend delivery fee. If your area qualifies for a lower delivery rate, we will provide a cash refund when delivering the plant to you. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by our system setup and greatly appreciate your understanding.

If you'd like to confirm the delivery fee for your location, feel free to send us an email before placing your order, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Once your order is ready, we’ll coordinate a convenient delivery date and time with you.

Q:Do you ship anywhere in Canada ?

We offer Canada-wide shipping via Purolator, UPS, and FedEx Express. Some plants are available for local pickup & delivery only, this will be clearly noted in each post. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure smooth and safe deliveries. Important : We DO NOT ship to P.O. boxes.

Weekend Delivery (Available within Edmonton and surrounding areas, including St. Albert, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Devon, Sherwood Park, Beaumont, Nisku and Leduc) - $5 to $15.00

Express Shipping to Alberta (Includes heat pack and insulation) - $35.00

Express Shipping to All Other Provinces (Includes heat pack and insulation as needed) - $48.00

Orders of $500 or more ship for FREE across Canada. The shipping fee will be automatically adjusted at checkout.

Please note that while we take great care in preparing and shipping your order, unforeseen issues such as misplacement, theft, delays, damages, or other courier-related incidents may occur during transit. Q:Do you ship to USA ?

At this time, we regret to inform you that we do not offer international shipping. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Q:What days do you ship in Canada ?

All shipments are processed on Mondays and Tuesdays each week. If there is a holiday, long weekend, or extreme weather conditions, shipping will be delayed until regular business days resume or conditions improve. We’ll also post updates on our social media for the latest news.

Q:Do you use insulation and heat packs for Winter seasons ?

Yes, the shipping cost includes our Winter Kit, which provides insulation and heat packs to safeguard plants during transit. It also covers cushioning and foam to ensure the safe transport of our Homemade Crafts and Plant Essentials.

If your province is already experiencing colder temperatures, you’re welcome to let us know - we’re happy to include one or two heat packs (depending on the package size) to keep the plants cozy on their journey.

However, when the weather hasn’t reached consistently low temperatures, adding unnecessary heat can sometimes harm the plants. That’s why we recommend deciding based on your local conditions, so your plants travel in the safest way possible.

Winter Shipping : During the colder months, we automatically include heat packs and insulation for express shipping to help protect the plants from temperature stress. We carefully monitor weather conditions and may delay shipping if temperatures are too extreme to ensure your order arrives safely. If you have specific concerns or preferences, feel free to reach out, we’re happy to work with you on the best possible shipping time.

Q:How to combine a new order with an existing one ?

To combine a new order with an existing one - whether for shipping or local delivery, please enter the code 'COMBINEORDERS' on the 'View Cart' page before proceeding to checkout.

Please include the order number of your existing (or pending) order in the 'Special Instructions' box. This helps us match and group your orders accurately.

Important : Combined orders must be placed under the same name and address, and can only be shipped or delivered to the same location. Once combined, orders cannot be split or sent to different addresses. Orders that don’t meet these criteria may be processed separately.

Q:Will I receive the exact product shown in the picture ?

Yes, the plant you receive will match the specific plant shown in the listing photos. We make every effort to provide accurate representations and include the date each photo was taken for your reference.

For some listings, multiple plants are available within the same variety. We do our best to show a representative selection in the photos so you can get a clear sense of size, color, and overall appearance. Each plant is unique, and the one you receive will be similar in quality and character.

Additional details will always be included in the product description, and we recommend taking a moment to review the listing before placing your order.

However, please note that color tones may vary depending on individual device settings and lighting conditions, which are beyond our control. Minor imperfections, such as small blemishes or natural leaf variations, especially in highly variegated plants are part of the plant’s natural growth and may also occur during transit. These slight cosmetic changes do not affect the plant’s overall health or growth. Rest assured that each order is handled with the utmost care and attention before shipping.

Returns, Refunds & Policies

Q:What is your policy on replacements or refunds if plants / items are damaged during shipping ?

We take great care to ensure that all of our Plants, Homemade Crafts, and Plant Essentials are in excellent condition before shipping. Each order is carefully packaged to provide the best protection during transit, and we have experience managing weather conditions to help sensitive plants travel safely.

Once your package is handed over to the courier, its handling is beyond our control. This includes potential delays, damage, or loss during transit. As such, all sales are FINAL, and we are UNABLE to offer Refunds, Returns, Replacements, Cancellations, or Exchanges for these situations. We kindly ask for your understanding, as shipping carries inherent risks shared by both buyers and sellers.

Rest assured, we thoughtfully prepare every package to give your plants and items the best chance of arriving safely. If any concerns arise, feel free to reach out, we’re happy to offer guidance to help address them.
